Beloved Ones,

My Soul Family, what I am about to share is not easy to write, nor is it easy to read. Yet, Spirit presses it upon my heart that silence helps no one—least of all our daughters, our sisters, our mothers, and our own inner feminine (for both women and men). This share/download comes to you as a result of a series of incidences I keep seeing on social media, on the news, and stories I hear from people close to me regarding unimaginable pain, abuse, and suffering women are experiencing at the hands of men.

All around us we are seeing the same painful patterns repeat themselves, such as:

-Women abused at the hands of those who claim to love them.

-Husbands and boyfriends murdering their wives and partners. (Just yesterday, I was reading about a young lady 33-years-of-age who apparently was murdered by her husband and dumped at Angeles National Forest here in Southern California. Their three young children were left behind by this man. He immediately fled the country).

-Girls silenced, manipulated, and violated.

-Women being stripped from their Divine Feminine Power.

This is not new regretfully said. Whether at home, at the workplace, in the community, or out in society, patriarchal violence against women has sadly been with us for centuries. But lately, it feels as though the shadows are growing louder, more visible. Energetically, we are reaching a tipping point. From where I see it as an Afro-Cuban spiritual healer, as an alchemist of the soul, and as a spiritual leader in the community, this is part of what goes on as the Divine Feminine is slowly but surely starting to regain the power that was always theirs to begin with, before men and patriarchy stoled it. With the change of power taking place as we continue to settle into this Aquarian Age and cleanse ourselves from the systems of beliefs, religious control, conditional faith, unrealistic sacrifice, hierarchy, and the dungeons of secrecy that came with the Piscean era, much loss, pain, attacks on the weak, and abuse takes place. It’s like it is the last attempts to keep control. The Piscean Age gave way to blind faith, victimhood, patriarchal control, and illusion. Christianity rose during this time period.

Now, we find ourselves continuing to usher-in the Aquarian age. It’s still unfolding. An age that is associated with knowledge, equality and/or balance, individuality, freedom, and community. The water-bearer comes in pouring truth and nurturing higher consciousness into the collective. We as a humanity are shifting toward self-empowerment, spiritual sovereignty, and I even dare say, we are shifting into direct access to wisdom. But just as everything in life, all things has its ying and its yang. Its light and its darkness and therefore the shadow aspect of the continuous unfolding of the Aquarian Age comes with much cold and sometimes abusive detachment, and with rebellion without true grounding.

And disturbingly enough, there are movements attempting to normalize what should never be normalized: the lowering of the age of consent, the predatory gaze upon children disguised as “choice.” To even entertain such ideas is to open the door to deeper wounds against our young girls. From a spiritual and metaphysical lens, these cycles of abuse and oppression create heavy imprints in the collective field. Every strike, every silenced cry, every coerced touch leaves residue and energetic imbalances that future generations inherit if left unhealed. The lower vibrations of domination, fear, and dehumanization feed on silence. They thrive in the shadows when unexposed to light.

But to the Queens I say, YOU ARE NOT POWERLESS! Awareness itself is protection. Naming what is happening shifts the energy. Standing together creates a vibration strong enough to interrupt cycles. Healing ourselves heals the lineages behind us and shields the daughters ahead of us. I write this today to remind every woman reading: your body, your spirit, your voice are sacred! And if ever you doubt it, remember that this patriarchal society has always feared women’s power—for within you is the creative, life-giving force the world cannot exist without. To my younger sisters—teenage girls finding their place in this world—know that no man’s validation is worth your safety, your selfhood, your soul.

To my grown women—never mistake control for love, nor silence for peace. To all of us—raising our awareness is not paranoia. It is survival. It is spirit whispering: Wake up. Rise up. Protect what is sacred. Let us commit to doing the inner work—shedding the programming that says abuse is normal, questioning the laws that disguise harm as freedom, and reclaiming the divine feminine energy that has always been your (our) birthright.

And to the men who carry-out acts of abuse. To the men who stay silent and say nothing to protect and defend the womb we came from, my raw self (or shadow-self) wants to say FUK YOU! But I'll just say DO BETTER!

Queens, the healing begins within, but it does not end there. When one of us heals, we ripple change into the collective.
